The $89 service call is the only figure we publish, and it comes off the bill in full when you approve the repair. Repair prices are quoted in front of the machine. We will not invent one over the phone and then change it on the day.

Take a slot yourself
The booking page asks for the machine, the fault and where you are, then shows you the times we actually have free in your district. Nothing is collected on this website.
- Pick the appliance — range, oven, refrigerator or dishwasher.
- Have the model number to hand if you can. Serial plate: behind the range kick panel, inside the oven door frame, or on the fridge side wall.
- Choose a slot. You get the $89 figure confirmed before you finish.

Front left burner clicked for weeks and never caught. He found the spark electrode cracked and the burner cap seated crooked. Lit on the first turn afterwards, and he cleaned out the drip tray while he was in there.
