From Your Call to a Working Viking: The Visit, Step by Step
| Step | What happens | What it costs you |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Call or book | Phone (206) 472-1140, open 24/7, or take a slot on the booking page. | Nothing |
| 2. We confirm the model and the symptom | Which Viking it is, what it is doing, and since when. | Nothing |
| 3. A slot inside working hours | Visits run 8am–8pm, all seven days. | Nothing yet |
| 4. The $89 diagnosis at the appliance | The cause found in front of you, not guessed over the phone. | $89, credited to the repair |
| 5. A written quote before any work | One written figure, from the band where the work has one. Nothing opened until you agree. | No charge |
| 6. Repair and a test run | Fitted, then run through a real cycle before anyone packs up. | The quoted figure, less the $89 |
Six steps from the phone call to a working appliance, and the only fixed charge in them is the $89 visit, which comes off the repair.

Call or book
Ring (206) 472-1140 at any hour, because the line is staffed 24/7, or open the booking page and choose a time yourself. Nothing about the appliance has to be worked out before you get in touch; that is what the next step is for.
You pay Nothing

We confirm the model and the symptom
We ask which appliance it is, the model if you can find the rating plate, and what it does wrong in plain words: ticks and never lights, warm on one side, water left at the end. Two or three likely causes usually fall out of that conversation, which is why we ask.

A slot inside working hours
The technician comes out 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday. A call made at midnight is booked at midnight and visited inside those hours, Saturday and Sunday included.

The $89 diagnosis at the appliance
At the appliance the technician tests rather than swaps: spark and flame on a burner, temperature against a probe in an oven, readings on a refrigerator, a drain cycle on a dishwasher. The $89 covers the trip and all of that.

A written quote before any work
You get one written figure. Where the repair has a band on our price table, the figure comes from inside it; a part with no band, such as a hinge, a seal or a switch, is priced from what the diagnosis found. If you say no, you have paid for a diagnosis and nothing more. If you say yes, the visit fee comes straight off the figure.
You pay No charge
-
Repair and a test run
The part goes in and the appliance is run the way you use it: burners lit and turned down, the oven brought up to temperature, the dishwasher through a cycle, the refrigerator left cooling. When a part has to be ordered, the fitting is booked as a second trip once it arrives; ask how that trip is charged when you approve the quote.
You pay The quoted figure, less the $89
Not sure what to tell us at step two? The problem library puts names to what an appliance is doing, and the services table shows the band each kind of repair falls in. Anywhere on the atlas is booked the same way.
